1.  Each unit may cast only ONE ballot, either by mail/personal delivery OR by completing this online ballot.
2.  Voting is optional but the required information is mandatory in order to submit your Ballot for quorum.

4.  The deadline for online ballot submission is 6:30pm on July 30, 2024.

    REQUIRED INFORMATION:  The following information is required in order to submit your ballot via this online voting form.  This information is used to validate ownership and voting rights as per the HOA's governing documents.  
    VOTING SECTION:  Please review the following actions subject to member vote then vote accordingly.  While the above "required information" section is mantatory, voting is not.  If you submit this voting form without casting a vote below, your ballot will be counted towards quorum only.

    ​​One Board position is up for election this year.  Candidate biographies are linked above.  Please review the nominee(s) then cast your vote as directed below.

    ​Each lot may select no more than ONE candidate; ballots cast for more than one candidate are considered invalid.

    Check the box adjacent to the candidate's name for which you wish to cast your vote.  If your candidate's name does not appear below, you may type their name in the designated Write-In Candidate space.
    ACTION FOR VOTE: 2024 AUDIT REQUIREMENT per RCW 64.38.045(2)
    Do you want the HOA to contract a CPA to perform a review of the Association’s financial records for the year ending on 12/31/2024, the cost for which will add $30 to each homeowner’s annual assessment? For reference, here is a link to RCW 64.38.045(2).

    A "YES" vote indicates that you want the HOA's financial report audited for the year ending 12/31/2024 and therefor accept the cost to do so.

    A "NO" vote indicates that you do not want the HOA's financial report audited for the year ending 12/31/24 and/or otherwise do not accept the assessment increase necessary to fund this service.
